Facility Services Overview

SYSTEMS FURNITURE INSTALLATION  

MSI's service personnel are factory certified and authorized to ensure that all products are handled and installed according to the manufacturer specification.  Our installers have 5 to 20 years experience with different furniture manufacturers, including Allsteel, Hon, Steelcase, Herman Miller, Haworth, Knoll, Kimball, Teknion and GF.

SYSTEMS FURNITURE RECONFIGURATION  

Whether you want to make a few changes to your existing furniture or reconfigure a whole floor, our Project Managers can meet with you to plan the most effective way for you to utilize your existing furniture and space.

FURNITURE MAINTENANCE  

We offer a maintenance service for repair of keyboard trays, chairs, filing cabinets, lock re-keying, furniture touch up, adjustments on work surfaces, repair or replacement of missing hardware and steam-cleaning of modular furniture & chairs.

PERSONNEL

MSI currently employs 24 full-time installers and 40 part-time. Three of our staff has been with our company since inception, and five of our staff has been with our company since 1998. All personnel are required to wear company shirts and their appearance must be neat. All installers are provided with high quality tools and equipment to ensure that all work performed is to the highest standards.

WAREHOUSE

MSI has a warehouse facility located in the Phoenix metropolitan area. It is over 20,000 square feet and is equipped with loading docks, pallet racking, pallet jacks & forklift. Our delivery personnel provide the necessary furniture protection for the product while en route to the customer. We ensure our customer that all furniture is leveled, cleaned & placed in the proper area.

TRUCKS

Currently we own and operate a large fleet of trucks. Each truck is equipped with a lift gate and is stocked with moving pads, straps and moving equipment.

OFFICE RELOCATION SERVICES

Whether you want a complete office relocation or an interoffice move, our skilled installers can provide the coordination to facilitate a smooth moving experience. From pre-move coordination meetings to post-move clean up, we will help minimize the impact of relocation to you company and its employees.

RECYCLING

In order to protect our environment MSI recycles all cardboard and Styrofoam waste.

INSURANCE

MSI currently carries liability insurance through Westfield Insurance with $1,000,000.00 per occurrence & with $2,000,000.00 aggregate plus a $1,000,000.00 umbrella. Our workman's compensation is through Westfield and limits are 100/500/100, plus a $1,000,000.00 combined single limit of liability on automobiles.
